| As governments around the world keep pushing humanity deeper and deeper towards an inverted totalitarian surveillance corporatocracy, no change can be made through existing corrupt, bureaucratic quasi-governmental institutions. If we step back, it may become clear that what we need is not a government, but a working social fabric with the proper societal organization. We should not serve ideas and structures when they are designed to serve our society's needs, both educational and economic.

Thomas Paine, one of the most influential 18th-century thinkers, wrote that "society is produced by our wants, and government by wickedness; the former promotes our happiness positively by uniting our affections, the latter negatively by restraining our vices" in his famous "Common Sense", which advocated for American resistance against the British rule. Our organizational system should be developed from the bottom-up to serve our society, provide an opportunity for people, and create a new, potentially better alternative to old corrupt systems, which proved to bring global destruction, rather than fuel universal prosperity. Our fates are interwoven, as we build our societies, and if we pave a new way together, it may lead us towards a brighter future, than one envisioned now.
What could be a solution? Let's imagine transparent, decentralized, and poly-centric governance powered by blockchain social contracts and multiple chapters located worldwide. Such a concept was already proposed by Benjamin Bratton ("The Stack"), who envisioned autonomous yet interconnected chapters. With the creation of a parallel government, an old establishment could be left in the past, where it belongs. These ideas are already being brought to life by projects such as Freeland, open.coop, p2pmodels, and Ostrom Workshop.
What if we all could finally trust people who represent us by knowing them personally? The governance system I suggest eliminates idealogy-based voting and puts people back in the center of the system. Micro-changes lead to macro global changes, so starting small makes it possible to finish big. How would it work? Votes would accumulate and transfer further through a network of personal connections, so the most capable people ultimately emerge as future leaders. With the decentralized and localized power, which is delegated downstream, leaders would finally lead people towards a better future, rather than leading them on with false promises. To make sure that governors are fit for the office, they would have to pass tests, which would examine their humility, wisdom, and high consciousness.
All power should be accountable, and any incentive for authoritarian control should be deprived. Lack of accountability, high testosterone are among the factors that contribute to the corruption of the individual. Even a slight amount of power concentrated in one's hands alter one's cognition and perception. It rewrites and even damages the brain.
About half of the young generation already considers it as global citizens. As society keeps moving towards greater interconnectedness, borders would become obsolete. Among alternative organization models, ideas like derived from Cybernetics, "Viable System Model," "Designed Liberty" by Stafford Beer might be beneficial. As a government decision-making process, I propose a system implemented at Bridgewater Associates, where AI helps to make a collective decision by assigning a voting power based on everyone's experience in the topic discussed.
